Kinesiology is Body, Soul and Spirit medicine.
Kinesiologists help interpret a language that communicates what the body needs to restore balance, utilising the principles of Chinese medicine combined with anatomy and physiology.
Using gentle muscle testing as a biofeedback tool, it reveals information about us as a whole person. At a subconscious level we are already aware of what is needed to facilitate healing, however what kinesiology is able to do is to access that information (without the mind getting in the way) in order to assist the natural healing process.
The primary goal of any kinesiology session is to identify the underlying cause of any imbalance and then resolve it. Imbalances may be nutritional, emotional, structural, psychological, energetic, inherited, or spiritual. Something as simple as an attitude, or a forgotten memory, can have a profound impact in many subtle ways in our life.
My role is to guide & support you in uncovering & resolving your own unique life challenges.
I don’t do it for you, rather I assist and empower you in navigating and overcoming the obstacles you face, enabling you to discover a deeper, more resilient centre to flow from.
We begin each kinesiology session with a confidential discussion about your reasons for booking an appointment. I email new clients a client intake form to complete and email back prior to their first session. From there we begin to clarify what you would like to work on, and formulate a clear goal that aligns with your highest good.
I then invite you to lie down, fully dressed on the massage table.
Throughout the balance I use muscle testing, which is a very gentle way to locate where you are holding stress and imbalances in your body. A range of gentle yet powerful techniques are then used to correct these imbalances and restore energy flow to support you in achieving your goals.

Emotional stress release (ESR) is a fundamental part of the balance. There is often an emotional component underlying symptoms. By bringing awareness to the conscious mind there is an opportunity to reconfigure patterns in the brain that have become entrenched due to past trauma or learned beliefs.
Following the balance there is often some home support for you to do between sessions. This helps you to integrate and maintain the changes we have facilitated together.
